September 25, 2011: Place top 75 in a local 5k by 2012.

March 1, 2010: I used to avoid running as much as I could because it was too painful for my feet, knees and lungs. For this reason, I am documenting the next 100 days as I train to win top 100 in a local 5k. Here is my current training schedule. Enjoy!
