Although we planned to go to Roosevelt Field today, Christine and I ended up going to the Salt Marshes in Marine Park instead because of the insane traffic on the infamous Belt Parkway. The cloudy weather built up a good amount of suspense before we stumbled upon a large goose carcass on the dirt path. After the initial moment of shock and disgust, we did what anyone in their right mind would do…we took a picture of it!
